At Bergo Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lifestyle purchases. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging and include all tags, manuals, and accessories to ensure the product remains in resaleable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
